Each transfer service includes one hour of free waiting time in the fare\u2014the driver remains available at no additional cost for the first 60 minutes from the agreed-upon time. After the first hour, you can extend the wait time by up to 2 additional hours at a cost of \u20ac55.00 per hour, including 10% VAT. Extended wait time is arranged directly with the driver or through our dedicated contact person. If, after 2 hours of additional wait time, we have not received any communication from the customer, the service will be classified as a \u201cNo Show.\u201d In this case, the service must be paid in full (100%), regardless of actual usage. To avoid any inconvenience, we ask that you notify us promptly in the event of unexpected delays\u2014a message via WhatsApp is sufficient.
