What People Say About Us
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely—it’s one of the main reasons to choose Knight NCC over a traditional tour operator. The itinerary we propose is a guideline, not a requirement. Would you like to include a specific winery, stop in a village you saw in a magazine, or avoid the most crowded destinations? We’ll discuss it together before the day of the tour and create the perfect itinerary for you.
Where does the tour start?
The tour begins at your accommodation—whether it’s a hotel, private villa, farmhouse, or any other location in Tuscany. The driver will pick you up directly, so you won’t have to travel to a meeting point. When you book, just let us know your address and preferred time, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How many people can participate?
Tours are available for groups of up to 3 people in a Mercedes E-Class and up to 7 people in a Mercedes V-Class. In both cases, the comfort and quality remain the same. For large families or larger groups, please contact us directly—we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes. The driver speaks both Italian and English. For international guests, the tour is conducted entirely in English—from the morning itinerary confirmation to the explanations given during stops. The driver knows the area well and can tell its story, not just drive through it.
Do you make reservations for the tastings?
Upon request, we can assist with booking tastings at selected wineries. Tastings are not included in the tour price—they are paid for directly by the customer at the winery. If you already have specific wineries in mind that you’d like to visit, please let us know when you book. If you’d prefer to rely on our advice, we’d be happy to recommend the best ones based on your chosen itinerary.
Will the tour still take place if it rains?
Yes. Tuscany has its own charm even in the rain—the medieval villages, wineries, and museums aren’t affected by bad weather. The driver is always on hand, and the service is never canceled unilaterally due to weather conditions. If weather conditions make it inadvisable to proceed with a portion of the outdoor itinerary, we’ll let you know in advance and suggest equally interesting alternatives. The final decision is always yours.
