How much luggage can the vehicles hold?
The Mercedes E-Class can comfortably accommodate up to 3 large suitcases in the trunk, in addition to carry-on luggage in the cabin. The Mercedes V-Class has significantly more luggage space—ideal for groups, families, or those traveling with a lot of luggage. If you’re traveling with particularly bulky items—such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or strollers—please let us know when you book so we can assign you the most suitable vehicle.
Can I request a child safety seat?
Yes. Child seats are available upon request at no additional cost. Simply let us know when you make your reservation, specifying the child’s age and weight—we’ll provide the most suitable approved child seat. The Mercedes V-Class is particularly well-suited for families thanks to its generous space and flexible seating configuration.
Are pets allowed on board?
Small pets are allowed on board upon explicit request at the time of booking. We ask that they travel in an approved pet carrier to ensure their safety during the trip and to protect the vehicle. For medium or large pets, please contact us directly—we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Do you operate only in Tuscany, or do you also operate outside the region?
We operate throughout Italy and, upon request, also to international destinations. Over the years, we have served clients as far as Zurich, Frankfurt, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and Paris—in addition to major Italian destinations such as Rome, Milan, and the Ligurian Riviera. No destination is too far away if the customer requests it. For international transfers, please contact us directly—together we’ll create the most suitable quote based on the route, timing, and specific needs.
Can I bring bicycles or sports equipment?
It depends on the type of equipment and the vehicle you choose. The Mercedes V-Class features a spacious, configurable trunk—suitable for transporting disassembled bicycles, golf bags, ski gear, surfboards, or other bulky items. For the Mercedes E-Class, the capacity is more limited and depends on the specific dimensions of the equipment. In any case, we ask that you specify the type and dimensions of the equipment at the time of booking—so that we can work with you to determine the most suitable vehicle and, if necessary, arrange for the optimal trunk configuration before your trip. No surprises upon arrival, no inconvenience during the trip.
Are your vehicles insured?
Yes. All vehicles in the Knight NCC fleet are covered by an insurance policy with limits of up to 50 million euros—well above market standards. This coverage is designed for those who transport people and carry high-profile responsibilities, ensuring maximum protection for the client, their family members, and their guests under any circumstances. Safety is not an option—it is the Knight’s foremost duty.
