What happens if my flight is significantly delayed?
Each transfer service includes one hour of free waiting time in the fare—the driver remains available at no additional cost for the first 60 minutes from the agreed-upon time. After the first hour, you can extend the wait time by up to 2 additional hours at a cost of €55.00 per hour, including 10% VAT. Extended wait time is arranged directly with the driver or through our dedicated contact person. If, after 2 hours of additional wait time, we have not received any communication from the customer, the service will be classified as a “No Show.” In this case, the service must be paid in full (100%), regardless of actual usage. To avoid any inconvenience, we ask that you notify us promptly in the event of unexpected delays—a message via WhatsApp is sufficient. We are always available and ready to find the best solution.
Where can I find the driver when I arrive at the airport?
The driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name. You’ll receive the driver’s direct phone number the day before your flight—if you have any questions upon arrival, just send a text message. You won’t have to look for anyone: the driver will find you.
Is it possible to book a last-minute transfer?
Yes, we also handle last-minute requests, subject to driver availability. For urgent requests, the fastest way to contact us is via WhatsApp—you’ll get an immediate response. However, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure you have a dedicated driver and that the vehicle is prepared according to our standard procedures.
Do you provide services at night as well?
Yes. Flights don’t stick to regular business hours, and neither do we. We operate 7 days a week, at any time—arrivals at dawn, late-night departures, early-morning transfers. The nighttime rate will be clearly indicated in the quote, with no surprises.
I have a lot of luggage or bulky items. What should I do?
The Mercedes V-Class is the ideal choice for those traveling with a lot of luggage—it’s spacious, comfortable, and has plenty of trunk space. For particularly bulky items—such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or extra suitcases—we recommend letting us know when you book so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle.
