Do you have fixed rates for hotels?
Yes. We establish B2B contracts with our partner providers that include fixed, confidential rates for the most common routes—airports, train stations, and recurring transfers. There are no price fluctuations based on season or time of day for the agreed-upon routes. Everything is defined in advance, in writing, with no ambiguity.
How do you handle cancellations?
We offer flexible cancellation policies designed to accommodate the operational realities of hotels. We do not charge cancellation fees for cancellations made well in advance. For last-minute cancellations, we evaluate each case individually, always with transparency. The exact terms are defined at the time of the commercial agreement and set out in writing—no surprises.
Is billing on a monthly basis?
Yes. We issue a single monthly summary invoice detailing all services provided—date, route, vehicle, and amount. This clear and comprehensive document facilitates internal administrative oversight and reporting. Upon request, it is also available in Excel format for integration with the facility’s management systems.
Do the drivers speak English?
Absolutely. All Knight private drivers are fluent in English and accustomed to interacting with a high-profile international clientele. For international VIP guests, the service is provided entirely in English—from personalized greetings to communication during the trip. Upon request, we can also handle communication in French.
Do you also handle small groups?
Certainly. We offer the Mercedes V-Class for groups of up to 7 passengers, maintaining the same high standard of quality as our sedans. For larger groups or multiple simultaneous transfers, please contact us directly to arrange for additional vehicles—we’ll work with you to find the solution that best meets your organization’s needs.
Is there an activation fee?
No. No activation fee, no monthly fee, no minimum guarantee. You pay only for the transfers actually booked for your guests. The agreement takes effect with a simple confirmation—no red tape, no strings attached. If you’re not satisfied with the service, you’re free to cancel it at any time.
